Goto meeting used as a platform to conduct online meetings among employees. This platform supports desktop and mobile devices also. It has an mobile application for easier access on mobile phones. Goto meeting gives control over all participants activities during meeting to the host.

One of the Best Virtual Meeting Software Options :)
I use GoTo Meeting for audio and video meetings with clients. It's easy to set up and schedule a meeting. Typically, my clients do not have any issues accessing the meeting on their end. Although, I usually include that they'll need to download the meeting software ahead of time. GoTo Meeting allows me to virtually meet with clients and share rough drafts of designs to receive feedback and approval. It's easy to share my screen and walk through presentations, website designs, etc.

mostly I use this product for official purposes like customer meetings, remote support, and training sessions. it was very good and easy to use. It is smooth and full of various features remote desktop sharing, screen sharing, etc. it also supports various integration to make life easier with its variety of supported extension like calendar, CRM tools etc.

- It has features to help support remote client which is very useful me as IT support.
- It is also secure provide different features like access managment to whom you want to give acess and what type of access you can manage.
- Mobile application missing features available in desktop version.
- UI is simple but little outdated in my opinion and they need to be updated as per the market demand and should utilize AI.
- Customization option is low in compare other tools like backgroup etc. in my opinion.

Great tool for conferencing and meetings
Rooms and meetings were simple to set up and operate, allowing for efficient long-term conversations. We could share files in the room and our screens with anyone to meet any other needs for which communication was insufficient. Because we can use the smartphone app to send text messages while in the room, we also use it as one of our main means of communication. The mobile support is really helpful in sharing files within our team's room. In order to catch up on what they missed and keep informed, someone who is unable to attend the meeting might arrange for an automatic recording to begin and terminate throughout the session.
- When it comes to conference calling, it is rather helpful. And anyone can use it easily enough.
- The audio and video are of excellent quality and are helpful for significant gatherings.

- What I dislike about the software is that there are no built-in guidelines to assist configure it the way you want.

Wonderful GoTo!
We used it to setup meetings with consultants. In the earlier implementation of our Microsoft Teams we could not share meetings with consultants so the organization went in for GoTo Meeting. This allowed for meeting setup with the third-party vendors that we needed in resolving issues as well, as it has the sharing screen feature.

- I would like to see multiple users able to work on same machine during screen sharing. In my experience, during screen sharing, you cannot control your machine while the other person has control. It will be a great feature to allow multiple users control the machine at the same time.

GoTo Meeting
We use GoTo Meeting to conduct team meetings as well as company-wide benefit and town hall-type webinars. This product allows us to address all employees at multiple work sites at one time, eliminating transportation costs and scheduling difficulties. It is an easy way to present data and important information to all employees, again at one time, with little disruption to the daily flow of work.

GoTo Meeting is a good, reliable product that will save you money if you use zoom and likely offer greater security!
We use GoTo for videoconferences, both internally and with outside partners. We were looking for an option that costs less than Zoom and has less of a security concern. We have used it off and on for a year and are generally happy with the interface and functionality. It is easy to use and works well. Still prefer Zoom, though.

Moved from Microsoft Teams and Haven't Looked Back!
We use GoTo Meeting to meet with clients to review monthly results of our marketing efforts on their behalf. We also use GoTo Meeting to meet with vendors for regular status updates on the work they're performing for us. We it when prospecting, meeting virtually with prospective clients and their teams which are more frequently now located in multiple remote locations. We like using it as well when we do 1:1 training sessions for the digital marketing training courses we offer, and for getting prospective Ohio students set up for the Ohio TechCred program so they can get full reimbursement for the training. The state website is difficult to navigate, and the students really appreciate the ability to do a screenshare with us so they're certain they've gotten set up properly for the state grant program.

Excellent Collaboration and Productivity Application.
Although we use Microsoft Teams and Zoom more, we still have had a need to use GoTo Meeting in certain circumstances for those clients that use it as their de facto standard. We've used it for Meetings and found the videoconferencing element to be very useful. Audio and Video performance are generally very good with little distortion, interference, latency or lag ever experienced. The application is simple to operate and extremely user friendly. The intuitive setup enables users quickly to get used to the many useful features. For collaboration and sharing data it has proven to be comparable with Teams.

- Strong in areas of Collaboration and Presentations/Webinars.
- Security needs to be enhanced (Encryption can be an issue and also controls around authentication and authorization).
- User Interface issues (small fonts, small screens, small chatbox, unrecognizable users, etc.) can cause problems. Also, it can be awkward to use some functions like mute, swapping presenters, etc.
- Costs are higher than competitors and is the main reason it is not our standard.

Best communication tool.
Daily meetings with the clients, with respect to having on-call presentations in terms of documents, and PPTs. Earlier the connectivity was not proper, and also limited access control to the admin, but this tool overcame this problem more efficiently and worked in a good manner. Easy to set up and use.

I used GoTo Meeting when I want to discuss topics with my colleagues that are not official. It's free trial allows me to have a more personal connection with my colleagues because the fear of being monitored by the organization all the time is removed.

We've used GoTo for internal (remote) company meetings as well as client meetings when it's more convenient and expedient than traveling for face-to-face in-person meetings, which can save a lot of time yet still give you the more personal touch of seeing who your speaking with.

Goto Meeting is our Goto conference solution
My business uses Goto Meeting as a video conference channel that our clients can connect with in order to participate in remote sessions. As a recording studio working with all of the major ad agencies in Atlanta, we often record voiceover artists and then create a final audio mix for the project. Producers, writers, etc at the agency can connect with our video conference in order to hear and direct VO talent and also to watch playback of any broadcast mix that involves video. This has made in-person sessions at our studio optional rather than absolutely necessary.

GoTo Meeting Success
We have go to meeting set up with people inside and outside of our company. We use it frequently for meetings and calls with engineers and sales meetings for peope who can not attend in person. We also use Microsoft Teams internally with employees but not everyone outside of the company is using that platform so we use this instead.
